Because the ejection occurred over one full half-inning after the call in question, no such exemption can apply and, therefore, Quality of Correctness can not apply.

Because QOC can not apply, it cannot be incorrect nor correct, as in Rule 4-2-b (League Scoring; "the quality of correctness component is present in all ejections that are not exempted by Rule 6-2-b-5"). Therefore, Unsportsmanlike Conduct-NEC [Not Elsewhere Classified] is the applicable Reason for Ejection, unapplied QOC must be irrecusable for points cannot be issued by rule. Pursuant to Rule 9-1, the UEFL Appellate Interpreter has deemed an ejection wherein a Quality of Correctness can not, by rule, apply, shall be associated with the Unsportsmanlike Conduct-NEC reason as a result of the QOC-exempted Rule 6-2-b-5.

Appeal summarily denied pursuant to Rule 6-2-b-5. Wouldn't be surprised to see Marty voted the "Worst Umpire in MLB", again.Lindsayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06361341904305010488noreply@blogger.com
