MLB Ejections 043-044: Rob Drake (1-2; Harper, Williams)

HP Umpire Rob Drake ejected Nationals RF Bryce Harper and Manager Matt Williams for arguing a strike three (check swing) call in the top of the 7th inning of the Nationals-Diamondbacks game. With two out and none on, Harper attempted to check his swing on a 2-2 slider from Nationals pitcher Oliver Perez (all prior callable pitches during the at-bat were properly officiated). Play was reviewed and affirmed (check swing), the call was correct. At the time of the ejection, the game was tied, 5-5. The Nationals ultimately won the contest, 9-6.

These are Rob Drake (30)'s first and second ejections of 2015.
Rob Drake now has 8 points in the UEFL Standings (0 Previous + 2*[2 MLB + 2 Correct Call] = 8).
