MLB Ejection 169: Ron Kulpa (2; Brad Ausmus)

3B Umpire Ron Kulpa ejected Tigers Manager Brad Ausmus for arguing a Replay Review decision that upheld 2B Umpire Adam Hamari's out call in the bottom of the 6th inning of the Rangers-Tigers game. With two out and one on, Tigers batter Victor Martinez hit a 2-2 slider from Tigers pitcher Colby Lewis on a line drive to second baseman Rougned Odor for an air out, who threw to shortstop Elvis Andrus as Tigers baserunner R2 Miguel Cabrera attempted to tag up at second base, ruled a double play by Hamari. Upon Replay Review as the result of a challenge by Tigers Manager Brad Ausmus, Hamari's ruling stood, the call was irrecusable. At the time of the ejection, the Rangers were leading, 2-0. The Rangers ultimately won the contest, 2-0.
