HP Umpire Jordan Baker ejected Pirates manager Don Kelly (check swing ball one call by 1B Umpire Rob Drake) in the bottom of the 8th inning of the #Pirates-#Reds game. With none out and none on, Reds batter Eugenio Suárez attempted to check his swing on a 1-2 fastball from Pirates pitcher Hunter Barco, ruled a ball by HP Umpire Baker and affirmed as no swing on appeal by 1B Umpire Drake. At the time of the ejection, the Pirates were leading, 6-3. The Pirates ultimately won the contest, 8-3.
