The Marlins ultimately won the contest, 3-2.

Replays indicate the pitch was located off the inner edge of home plate and thigh-high (px -1.147, pz 2.416), the call was incorrect. At the time of the ejection, the Red Sox were leading, 6-5. The Red Sox ultimately won the contest, 6-5.
