MLB Ejection 072 - Carlos Torres (4; Christian Colon)

HP Umpire Carlos Torres ejected Marlins PH Christian Colon (strike three call) in the bottom of the 6th inning of the Nationals-Marlins game. With two out and none on, Colon took a 2-2 sinker from Nationals pitcher Oliver Perez for a called third strike. Replays indicate the pitch was located over the inner half of home plate and thigh high (px -.465, pz 2.845) and that all pitches during the at-bat had been properly officiated, the call was correct. At the time of the ejection, the Nationals were leading, 7-6. The Marlins ultimately won the contest, 8-7.

This is Carlos Torres (37)'s fourth ejection of the 2017 MLB regular season.
