MLB Ejection 71 - Dan Bellino (5; Rick Renteria)

HP Umpire Dan Bellino ejected White Sox Manager Rick Renteria (strike three call; QOCY) in the top of the 9th inning of the #WhiteSox-#Indians game. With one out and two on, White Sox batter James McCann took a 1-2 slider from Indians pitcher Brad Hand for a called third strike. Replays indicate the pitch was located over the outer edge of home plate and below the midpoint (px 0.67, pz 3.16 [sz_top 3.49]) and that all other pitches during the at-bat were properly officiated, the call was correct.* At the time of the ejection, the Indians were leading, 7-4. The Indians ultimately won the contest, 7-4.
