MLB Ejection 149 - Chris Conroy (2; Joc Pederson)

HP Umpire Chris Conroy ejected Braves CF Joc Pederson (check swing strike three call) in the bottom of the 4th inning of the #Yankees-#Braves game. With two out and two on (R1, R2), Pederson attempted to check his swing on a 2-2 fastball from Yankees pitcher Andrew Heaney as the pitched ball struck Pederson's hands for a dead ball strike, ruled a swing by HP Umpire Conroy. Play reviewed and affirmed by the UEFL Appeals Board, the call was correct. At the time of the ejection, the game was tied, 2-2. The Yankees ultimately won the contest, 5-4.
