With two out and one on, Prado took a 0-2 curveball from Phillies pitcher Alec Asher for a called third strike. Replays indicate the pitch was located off the outer edge of home plate and knee high (px .999, pz 1.699 [sz_bot 1.470]) but that Prado attempted to strike the pitch (Play was reviewed by UEFL Appeals Board, which determined strike three was the proper outcome as a result of Prado's swing), the call was correct.* At the time of the ejection, the Phillies were leading, 3-0. The Marlins ultimately won the contest, 5-4.

Replays indicate the pitch was located over the inner half of home plate and at the top of the knee (px .682, pz 1.648 / sz_bot 1.460), the call was correct. At the time of the ejection, the Diamondbacks were leading, 5-4. The Diamondbacks ultimately won the contest, 5-4.
