Replays indicate that as Eaton jogged down the first base line, Ventura yelled an unsportsmanlike and profane remark at Eaton, leading to a bench clearing incident; warnings were in effect after two prior HBP (Moustakas by Sale, Abreu by Ventura) in the game, the call was irrecusable. At the time of the ejections, the game was tied, 2-2.
