NBA Ejs: Spooner/Blair/Kirkland, Brothers/Brown/Lewis

Referees Bill Spooner (crew chief), Curtis Blair (R) and Courtney Kirkland (R2/umpire) ejected Bulls guard Richard "Rip" Hamilton for a flagrant foul penalty two during the 3rd quarter of the Bulls-Raptors game. With 5:33 remaining in the 3rd period, Hamilton excessively and unnecessarily fouled Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan. At the time of the ejection, the Raptors were leading, 61-52. The Raptors ultimately won the contest, 97-88.

Referees Tony Brothers (crew chief), Tony Brown (R) and Eric Lewis (R2/umpire) ejected Nets forward Reggie Evans for a second technical foul during the 3rd quarter of the Nets-Pacers game. With 8:22 remaining in the 3rd period, Evans earned his first technical foul for violating the NBA's Respect for the Game guidelines, earning his second at 5:38 in the 3rd for throwing his headband in reaction to a foul call. At the time of the ejection, the Nets were leading, 81-67. The Nets ultimately won the contest, 117-109.

NBA Ejections: Foster/Blair/Goble & TFFL Days 121, 122

Referees Scott Foster (crew chief), Curtis Blair (R) and John Goble (R2/umpire) ejected Kings center DeMarcus Cousins for a flagrant two foul in the 3rd quarter of the Bucks-Kings game. With 3:26 remaining in the third period, Cousins excessively and unnecessarily threw an elbow at Milwaukee Bucks guard Mike Dunleavy, resulting in a flagrant two call which was upheld following instant replay review. Prior to the play, Cousins and Dunleavy were issued offsetting double technical fouls at 3:34. At the time of the ejection, the Bucks were leading, 76-67. The Bucks ultimately won the contest, 115-113.

Ejections: Stafford/Zarba/Blair & Crawford/Poole/Twardoski

Referees Derrick Stafford (crew chief), Zach Zarba (R) and Curtis Blair (R2/umpire) ejected Bucks guard Brandon Jennings for a technical foul during the 4th quarter of the Bulls-Bucks game. With 2:54 remaining in the 4th period, Jennings was called for an offensive foul after extending his off-arm into an opposing player while in possession of the ball. After the call, Jennings threw the basketball at official Stafford and aggressively approached the crew chief, drawing a single technical foul and ejection. At the time of the ejection, the Bulls were leading, 94-84. The Bulls ultimately won the contest, 104-88.

Referees Dan Crawford (crew chief), Olandis Poole (R) and Scott Twardoski (R2/umpire) ejected Clippers forward Matt Barnes for a flagrant foul penalty two during the 2nd quarter of the Clippers-Timberwolves game. With 8:26 remaining in the 2nd period, Barnes was whistled for a flagrant foul type two after he appeared to throw an elbow into the head/neck area of Timberwolves center Greg Stiemsma, actions ruled excessive and unnecessary and meriting of an automatic ejection. At the time of the ejection, the Timberwolves were leading, 32-25. The Clippers ultimately won the contest, 96-90.

NBA Ejections: Wood/Blair/Callahan (1, 2)

Referees #24 Mike Callahan, #40 Leon Wood & #74 Curtis Blair ejected Wizards guard Bradley Beal and Bucks guard Brandon Jennings for a flagrant foul penalty 2 and unsporting technical, respectively, in the 4th quarter of the Bucks-Wizards game. With 23.7 seconds remaining in regulation, Beal committed a flagrant foul on Bucks guard Monta Ellis, resulting in an altercation and Jennings' disqualifying technical. After video review, the officials confirmed Beal's flagrant foul type 2 and ejection. After his ejection, Jennings removed and threw his jersey into the stands. At the time of the ejections, the Bucks were leading, 99-90. The Bucks ultimately won the contest, 101-91.

This is the first technical foul issued in 2012-13 that has resulted in the offender's ejection (Pts: 1 T + 1 EJ).
