Replays indicate the 2-0 pitch was located over the inner half of home plate and below the hollow of the knee (px .672, pz 1.477 [sz_bot 1.565]) and the 3-1 pitch was located off the outer edge of home plate and thigh-high (px -.996, pz 2.628), the call was correct.
