NBA Ejection: Stafford/Adams/Mott (Dwight Howard)

Referees Derrick Stafford (crew chief), Bennie Adams (R) and Rodney Mott (R2/umpire) ejected Lakers center Dwight Howard for a second technical foul in the 3rd quarter of the Spurs-Lakers game. With 0:50.3 remaining in the 1st quarter, Howard was issued his first technical foul for violating the NBA's Respect for the Game guideilnes. With 9:51 remaining in the 3rd quarter, Howard committed a lost ball turnover leading to Spurs points and was assessed his second, disqualifying technical foul for unsporting conduct. At the time of his ejection, the Spurs were leading, 55-34. The Spurs ultimately won the contest, 103-82 and eliminated the Lakers from playoff contention in a four-game series sweep.

NBA Ejection: Foster/Adams/Twardoski & TFFL Day 139

Referees Scott Foster (crew chief), Bennie Adams (R) and Scott Twardoski (R2/umpire) ejected Knicks center Marcus Camby for a second technical foul in violation of the NBA's Respect for the Game guidelines in the third quarter of the Grizzlies-Knicks game. With 8:12 remaining in the third period, Camby was called for a loose ball foul by trail official Adams against Grizzlies center Marc Gasol and reacted in an unsportsmanlike manner which drew a conduct technical foul followed by a second for his reaction to the first. At the time of the ejection, the Knicks were leading, 73-49. The Knicks ultimately won the contest, 108-101.

NBA Ejections: Salvatore/Adams/Cutler, Mauer/Smith/Kogut

Referees Bennett Salvatore (crew chief), Bennie Adams (R) and Kevin Cutler (R2/umpire) ejected Bucks center Larry Sanders for a second unsporting technical foul during the 4th quarter of the Bucks-Wizards game. With 2:45 remaining in the 4th period, Sanders was called for an offensive foul and received a technical foul for a violation of the NBA's Respect for the Game Guidelines concerning the display of an overt reaction indicating resentment to a call (argued restricted area play). At the time of the ejection, the Wizards were leading, 102-88. The Wizards ultimately won the contest, 106-93.

With 2:58 remaining in the 3rd period, Telfair received a technical foul for unsporting actions following teammate Kyle Lowry's personal foul. Telfair was ejected prior to the beginning of the 4th period after continuing to argue the previous call. Telfair reportedly had to be restrained following the ejection. At the time of the ejection, the Celtics were leading, 81-62. The Celtics ultimately won the contest, 112-88.
