MLB Instant Replay Review 234: Kerwin Danley (04)

Instant Replay Review overturned 1B Umpire Kerwin Danley's out call in the bottom of the 2nd inning of the Rangers-Rockies game. With two out and none on, Rockies batter DJ LeMahieu hit a 2-2 slider from Rangers pitcher Martin Perez on the ground to third baseman Adrian Beltre, who threw to first baseman Prince Fielder as LeMahieu arrived at first base. Upon Replay Review as the result of a challenge by Rockies Manager Walt Weiss, Danley's ruling was reversed, the call was incorrect. At the time of the review, the Rockies were leading, 2-0. The Rockies ultimately won the contest, 8-2.

This is Kerwin Danley (44)'s fourth Replay Review of the 2014 MLB Regular Season.
This is Crew Chief Gary Cederstrom's 11th supervised Replay Review of the 2014 season.

This is the 234th Instant Replay Review of the 2014 MLB Regular Season.
This is Rockies Manager Walt Weiss' eighth Replay Review of 2014.
Umpires are now 124/234 (.530 Affirmation Rate) in Replay Reviews during the 2014 MLB season.
