With two out and none on, White Sox batter Anderson took a 0-0 fastball from A's pitcher Domingo Acevedo for a called first strike. Replays indicate the pitch was located over the inner half of home plate and below the midpoint (px -0.51, pz 3.47 [sz_top 3.36 / RAD 3.48 / MOE 3.57]), the call was correct. At the time of the ejection, the Athletics were leading, 5-3. The Athletics ultimately won the contest, 7-3.

Replays indicate the pitch was located off the outer edge of home plate and thigh-high (px -1.11, pz 2.42), the call was correct.* At the time of the ejection, the Twins were leading, 3-2. 2B Umpire Bill Welke ejected White Sox pitcher Mike Wright and manager Tony La Russa (throwing at Angels batter Shohei Ohtani) in the top of the 9th inning of the #Angels-#WhiteSox game. With two out and none on, Angels batter Ohtani took a 2-1 fastball from Wright for a hit-by-pitch. Replays indicate the pitch was located inside and struck Ohtani on the lower leg; warnings had not previously been issued and Ohtani was the second hit batsman of the game, the call was irrecusable. At the time of the ejections, the Angels were leading, 9-3. The Angels ultimately won the contest, 9-3.

The Yankees ultimately won the contest, 5-3.

HP Umpire John Libka ejected White Sox manager Tony La Russa (balls/strikes; QOCY) in the bottom of the 7th and SS Tim Anderson (strike call; QOCY) in the top of the 8th inning of the #WhiteSox-#Brewers game. In the 7th, facing White Sox pitcher Aaron Bummer, Brewers batter Kolten Wong singled, Willy Adames walked, Christian Yelich walked, Avisail Garcia grounded out, Omar Narvaez struck out, and, facing Ryan Burr, Luis Urias walked, and Rowdy Tellez walked. Replays indicate of the 28 callable pitches during the inning, Libka properly officiated 27 (27/28 = 93.1% Accuracy) and that the only incorrect ball call of the inning occurred during Narvaez's at-bat (Narvaez struck out), the call was correct.^ At the time of La Russa's ejection, the Brewers were leading, 3-0.

In the 8th, with one out and none on, White Sox batter Yoan Moncada took a first-pitch slider from Brewers pitcher Hunter Strickland for a called first strike.
