MLB Ejection 103 - Cory Blaser (3; Richard Bleier)

1B Umpire Cory Blaser ejected Marlins pitcher Richard Bleier (check swing HBP call) in the bottom of the 6th inning of the #Marlins-#Nationals game. With two out and one on (R2), Nationals batter Alcides Escobar attempted to check his swing on a 1-2 cutter from Bleier, resulting in a hit-by-pitch call ruled no swing by HP Umpire Tom Hallion and affirmed on appeal by 1B Umpire Blaser. This play is under review by the UEFL Appeals Board, the call was *PENDING*. At the time of the ejection, the game was tied, 3-3. The Nationals ultimately won the contest, 6-3.
