MLB Ejection 103 - Cory Blaser (3; Richard Bleier)

1B Umpire Cory Blaser ejected Marlins pitcher Richard Bleier (check swing HBP call) in the bottom of the 6th inning of the #Marlins-#Nationals game. With two out and one on (R2), Nationals batter Alcides Escobar attempted to check his swing on a 1-2 cutter from Bleier, resulting in a hit-by-pitch call ruled no swing by HP Umpire Tom Hallion and affirmed on appeal by 1B Umpire Blaser. Play was reviewed and affirmed (8-0), the call was correct. At the time of the ejection, the game was tied, 3-3. The Nationals ultimately won the contest, 6-3.
