MLB Instant Replay Review 447: Clint Fagan (07)

Instant Replay Review overturned HP Umpire Clint Fagan's out call in the bottom of the 2nd inning of the Mets-Cubs game. With one out and one on, Cubs batter Eli Whiteside hit a 1-0 fastball from Mets pitcher Jacob deGrom on a fly ball to left fielder Andrew Brown, who threw to catcher Travis d'Arnaud as Cubs baserunner R3 Luis Valbuena slid into home plate. Upon Replay Review as the result of a challenge by Cubs Manager Rick Renteria, Fagan's ruling was reversed, the call was incorrect. At the time of the review, the contest was tied, 0-0. The Cubs ultimately won the contest, 7-4.

This is Clint Fagan (82)'s seventh Replay Review of the 2014 MLB Regular Season.
