HP Umpire Ryan Blakney ejected Giants manager Tony Vitello (check swing ball two call by 1B Umpire Marvin Hudson to Mookie Betts) in the top of the 3rd inning of the #Dodgers-#Giants game. With one out and two on, Dodgers batter Mookie Beets attempted to check his swing on a 1-2 slider from Giants pitcher Sam Hentges, ruled a ball by HP Umpire Blakney and affirmed as no swing on appeal by 1B Umpire Hudson. At the time of the ejection, the Giants were leading, 1-0. The Dodgers ultimately won the contest, 5-1, in 10 innings.
