MLB Ejection 075 - Chris Guccione (1; AJ Hinch)

2B Umpire Chris Guccione ejected Tigers manager AJ Hinch (Replay Review call that upheld HP Umpire Dexter Kelley's safe call on Tommy Pham; QOCY) in the top of the 10th inning of the #Pirates-#Tigers game. With none out and one on, Pirates batter Ke'Bryan Hayes hit a 2-2 sinker from Tigers pitcher Brant Hurter on a ground ball to right fielder Kerry Carpenter, who threw to catcher Jake Rogers as Pirates baserunner R2 Pham arrived at home plate, ruled safe by HP Umpire Kelley and affirmed via Replay Review as the result of a challenge by Tigers manager Hinch. Replays do not conclusive indicate whether Pham touched home plate prior to Rogers' tag, the call was correct. At the time of the ejection, the Pirates were leading, 5-4. The Pirates ultimately won the contest, 8-4, in 10 innings.
