MLB Ejection 027 - Jordan Baker (2; AJ Hinch)

HP Umpire Jordan Baker ejected Tigers manager AJ Hinch (Replay Review decision that upheld 3B Umpire Junior Valentine's out call; QOCN) in the top of the 4th inning of the #Tigers-#Mets game. With none out and one on, Tigers batter Zach McKinstry hit a 0-0 cutter from Mets pitcher Nolan McLean to left fielder MJ Melendez, who fielded the ball on a bounce and threw to 3B Brett Baty as Tigers baserunner R2 Gage Workman slid into third base, ruled out by 3B Umpire Valentine and upheld ("call stands") after manager's challenge. Replays indicate baserunner Workman's arm appeared to contact third base prior to Baty's glove touching Workman's body, the call was incorrect. At the time of the ejection, the Tigers were leading, 3-1. The Tigers ultimately won the contest, 3-1.
