MLB Ejection 029 - Quinn Wolcott (1; Alex Cora)

3B Umpire Quinn Wolcott ejected Red Sox manager Alex Cora (strike three call by HP Umpire Junior Valentine; QOCY) following the top of the 9th inning of the #RedSox-#Orioles game. With one out and one on (R1), Red Sox batter Kiké Hernández took a 2-2 sinker from Orioles pitcher Yennier Cano for a called third strike. Replays indicate the the pitch was located over the outer edge of home plate and thigh-high (px 0.76, pz 2.27), the call was correct.* At the time of the ejection, the Orioles were leading, 5-4. The Orioles ultimately won the contest, 5-4.
