With two out and none on, Twins batter Lee took a 0-1 splitter from Mariners pitcher Eduard Bazardo for a called second strike. Replays indicate the pitch was located over the inner half of home plate and at the hollow beneath the knee (px 0.28, pz 1.55 [sz_bot 1.51 / RAD 1.63]), the call was correct.* At the time of the ejections, the Twins were leading, 3-2. The Mariners ultimately won the contest, 5-4, in 11 innings.
