I am about had enough of there bias announcers There just as as bad as fans

Bias announcers? Dude. Vanover was garbage last night everyone in the stadium knew it.

since when is missing the zone by 1 inch "not even close"?

This always annoys me. I don't know Vanover's numbers on the night, but I do know that you CANNOT see the strike zone from the stands. EVER. Even if you're almost directly behind home plate you'll still be either looking at an angle or through the plate umpire.

You know, you look at the pitch in super slo-mo, and it looks like it misses by a couple of inches (especially with the way the catcher frames it back into the strike zone, but I'm sure the ricochet of catching a 90 mph pitch has something to do with that)....you look at it in real time, and it looks like a high strike on the black. I'll give Larry this one.

It might have looked like it got the corner because the camera is off-centered. It definitely wasn't high though.

At least give them credit for using the phrase "That was a quick hook but we don't know what was said."

I am convinced Markakis would have gotten tossed if Buck hadn't interjected.

Looks to me like he did a pretty decent job... I'm sorry your team lost.

Vanover's zone is garbage.

Where was Brian Gorman to step in and get Showalter off the field? Seems like he was out there for quite a while.

It's a big boy argument. They aren't going to step in if it's still one on one unless Vanover walks away from Showalter and tries to end the conversation.
