MLB Ejection 062: Kerwin Danley (1; Ned Yost)

HP Umpire Kerwin Danley ejected Royals Manager Ned Yost for arguing balls and strikes in the top of the 6th inning of the Astros-Royals game. With two out and two on, Astros batter Alex Presley hit a 0-0 curveball from Royals pitcher Jeremy Guthrie on a line drive to right fielder Nori Aoki. Replays indicate that all pitches to prior batters during the inning that were ruled "ball" (0-0 fastball to Jason Castro, 0-1 changeup to Matt Dominguez, 0-0 curveball and 1-2 changeup to Robbie Grossman) were properly officiated, the call was correct. At the time of the ejection, the Astros were leading, 1-0. The Astros ultimately won the contest, 3-0.
