MLB Ejection 020: Angel Hernandez (1; Matt Kemp)

HP Umpire Angel Hernandez ejected Dodgers CF Matt Kemp for arguing a strike three call in the bottom of the 9th inning of the Rockies-Dodgers game. With none out and none on, Kemp took a 1-2 fastball from Rockies pitcher Boone Logan for a called third strike. Replays indicate the pitch was located off the outer edge of home plate and thigh high (px 1.186, pz 2.977 / sz_bot 1.78), the call was incorrect. At the time of the ejection, the contest was tied, 2-2. The Rockies ultimately won the contest, 5-4, in 11 innings.

This is Angel Hernandez (55)'s first ejection of the 2014 MLB Regular Season.
